I would like to say, it is nice to see Chrysler still alive ...as well Thank you to Fiat and Chrysler for coming to a sensible agreement under such A overwhelming decision..and experience they will never forget but learn from...GO GET THEM - YAHOO

I have to vent!  For the first time in 25 years I purchased an american car with the feeling that I need to support our economy. I purchased a 2009 Jeep Wrangler Sahara.  I have enjoyed this car very much.  Today I had 7:30AM appointment to have my first oil change.  The salesman touted to me at the time of purchase that the first oil chage is free.  When I made the appointment the girl told me that my oil service was free.  When I arrived at the dealer, the service adviser informed me that I need a coupon for the free oil change.  I told him that I did not have one.  He said that it should have come in the mail. Since my Jeep only has 3000 miles I could not have used the first free service.  He said "No Coupon, no free oil change."  Since I was there, I asked if he could mark it in the computer that he provided this oil chage for free?  He called his boss and his boss said, "no coupon, no oil change."  The American cars are much better, the dealers still don't get it!  Jeep service departments should train at a Lexus or BMW dealership and learn what "service" is all about.  Needless to say,  I got my oil changed at a local garage and I am home writing this note.  I will never go back to the dealership for service. To save your company your dealers must represent your corporate determination.  Thank you.
