History is being made this weekend in sunny southern California, and the all-new 2013 Dodge Dart will be right in the middle of it.
The “SoCal Ride and Drive New Car Show” – the nation’s first-ever event that pairs a traditional auto show with the opportunity to drive virtually every car on the showroom floor – begins Friday, June 15 and runs through Sunday, June 17 at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, Calif. While there, test drivers are encouraged to tweet their impressions using the #testdriveexpo hashtag.
One model that promises to attract a lot of attention is the all-new Dart, which is making its initial hands-on public appearance.
“This is the first time the general public will be able to test-drive the Dodge Dart,” said Dodge Dart Brand Manager Deborah Reyes. “It’s all about getting people behind the wheel of the Dart, to have them experience this new and highly competitive entry in a crucial segment of the auto industry.”
The award-winning Dodge Dart provides the ultimate blend of style, power, fuel-efficiency, interior roominess and exceptional value in a compact car.
Other Chrysler Group vehicles on hand to test-drive will be the Dodge Challenger SRT8, Dodge Charger SRT8, Dodge Durango, Jeep® Compass, Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and Jeep Grand Cherokee, Fiat 500 Cabrio, Ram 1500, and the Chrysler 200, Chrysler 300 SRT, and Chrysler Town & Country.
The expo is noon until 8 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Sunday. You can get admission and other details at The SoCal Test Drive Expo's site.
