All, nice to see the team working together to lead the group back to glory. Tim, as one of your old Syracuse Zone Office Teammates, I am proud of you. I have a Mopar 10 #185. It is a great product. I think the media has ignited the race between the Ford and Dodge. I believe MSN called it "The Hatfields and McCoys" of the Auto world. I think you guys can use this to your advantage. Three recommendations: 1) As you recover don't forget your dealers. Get them to the level they need to be for customer service. example Armory Garage in Albany did a great job getting 185 back on the road after her seat faild to work. I had to report to War College that day and could not drive the vehicle with its seat forward. A great mechanic found a good fix to get me on the road. Great service and no hassle. 2) Quality, do not accept the second best and expect the best from your suppliers and the line. 3) Improve your supply chain and get the parts on time and on line. Pietro and Ralph thanks for signing my Mopar 10 picture, I have it hanging in my office. Thanks for the opportunity to post a comment and I will not get back to protecting our great country.
