Diversity Colors Vehicle Design by Ed Garsten July 28, 2011 6:15 PM What's diversity have to do with creating great cars and trucks? Plenty, according to Christine Barman, Vehicle Line Executive, E-Segment. In a speech today in Detroit at a gathering of professional pharmacists, Barman explained that by hiring a diverse workforce, including those who are disabled, designers and engineers are able to be more sensitive to the needs of many different groups.
