Author F. Scott Fitzgerald once wrote, “There are no second acts in American lives.”

F. Scotty obviously never sat behind the wheel of a Dodge Charger.

The new-look iconic muscle car of the 1960s and ‘70s is celebrating a resurgence while garnering a lot of attention and some good press these days, most notably at the recent Los Angeles Auto Show.

The 2012 Dodge Charger was honored by Automobile Magazine as one of its 2012 “All Stars.”
In making the selection, Automobile’s Ezra Dyer writes, in part, “The new Charger is more polished in style and execution, but it's like a reformed criminal or an Australian -- beneath the dapper duds, you know it's capable of some mayhem.” He goes on to say, “Chargers are all over the place. We're used to them. But every now and then -- like now -- we need to take a step back and celebrate the fact that Dodge still makes a car like this. Because nobody else does.”

Well said.
