It was the end of a long, but enlightening day at the annual J.D. Power and Associates International Automotive Roundtable in Las Vegas.  But Reid Bigland kept everyone's ears perked as he came up with some concise, spot-on observations about the importance of customer service at dealerships, fleet sales and priorities for 2012. Bigland is the Pres./CEO of the Dodge Brand, Head of U.S. Sales, and Pres./CEO Chrysler Canada.
