LX owners and their “babies” packed the parking lot of
Beach Burgers in Huntington Beach, California, last night for the
traditional kickoff of the 2012 Spring Festival of LXs.
This ‘car crazy’ love-fest for all things LX is the
highpoint of the year for these owners, who can’t wait to
meet up with old friends and new friends who share their passionate
bond for these iconic cars. LX is the basic platform for the
Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, Dodge Challenger and the
now-discontinued Dodge Magnum.
Several Chrysler Group engineers, designers and product folks are
also joining in the weekend’s celebrations. This year’s
seventh annual gathering is the biggest yet with 1,000+
participants from all over the country – ready and
roarin’ to celebrate with activities and get-togethers
throughout the weekend. Take a ‘quick’ taste of last
night’s LX celebration in the video, and come on back
throughout the weekend for a look at more of the action.
