Last week at Chrysler Group's annual What's New, we -- and 100+ media and auto analysts friends -- had a first-hand look at the 2012 lineup and a look at what's coming out next year.

So be sure to check your favorite auto site come Sept. 1. That's when the embargo lifts.

In 2011, the only new news out of What's New Day was the new eight-speed transmission, which debuted on the Chrysler 300 and Dodge Charger. This year, we had our full fleet on hand for media and analysts to drive, and learn about and check out the 2013 changes.

We also gave attendees the chance to get behind the wheel of a Fiat 500 Abarth, Dodge Challenger SRT8 or a Jeep® Grand Cherokee SRT8 on an autocross circuit (image below), and go off-roading in one of our trail-rated Jeep SUVs or a Ram Power Wagon (image above). We even heard one journalist say the Power Wagon did things on the Lyman Trail that was beyond what was mechanically possible.

For now, we can't talk about what's new with the aspirational Chrysler vehicles, any of the high-performance news from SRT, the amazing items up the trail for the Jeep SUVs or any of our 2013 news.

But come September....
