A Thrill Ride in the Challenger SRT8 at the Autocross
As soon as the What's New at Chrysler event opened, cameraman Paul Cirenese and I headed for the "black lake" asphalt area where an autocross course is set up to push performance vehicles like the Dodge Challenger SRT8 to the limit. We were first in line. But before going for a ride, we spoke with Tom McCarthy, Senior Manager of SRT Engineering, about the autocross and the SRT lineup.

Mike, I am a little confused as to the order of POWER at the SRT division in Chrysler as to whom, has the Final Word! Is there a chance of a little guy like me, talking shop to them, to get the information on how, where & what I can do to make my 2008, SRT8 Magnum, DANCE with the STARS? (or am I doing that now?) Maybe there might be a spot in this site to have...... "Talkin' Tech" I met, Mike Accavitti at WPCM on June 12th! I wanted to get him to sign the dash in SWEET MAGGIE, but my head was too high in the clouds. (Such an event it was) So I'm looking for a second chance. Any idea when he might be in the area again? I'm a bit behind in checking out the Blogs, because I be having too much fun with my MAGNUM (Maggie),....... {also, my dinasaur-Dialup} Thank You, Jack.
