This is all good but Chrysler should require more training for the car salesman. Chrysler also needs to give commission to the salesman for each car sold. When I sold cars the dealer payed the commission to the salesman which is ok but Chrysler also needs to pay the salesman. Nothing moves until the the salesman closes the deal , and they need to be rewarded.
