Dear Sirs.
My name is Yolanda and I am deeply saddedn by your company. I
am under bankruptcy and a divorces mother of 5 children. I am under
bankruptcy because I became sick for several months and was unable
to work . I have been an educator for over ten years to at risk
children on the elementary level. The lease goes up on my Dodge
Durango in August and I have to give up my truck to you because
your refusal to finance me for the residual. This is going to lead
to dramatic drama for my family without a way to goto work as an
educator without any other means of transportation.I need your help
like you needed the help of our goverment. I have spent almost
30,000 inthe last four years and know because of financial hardship
you are retrieving my vehicle because youwill not finance the
balance. Can someone please help me and my family? In your quest
for a new company please do not forget your loyal customers that
have also fallen on hardship. My one truck among your millions may
not seem like much but for my family it means the world. If someone
could just take a moment to help us the same one our government has
help so many large car company. Care about us too.
Chrysler will NOT help you. I am also a victim of this economy and have a vehicle leased through Chrysler Financial. All I was needing was 1 month deferral to be added to the end of my lease so that I wouldn't have to default. They flat out told me NO! They will not work with you regardless of your situation, on any level.
