A special Friday the 13th Under the Pentastar. This week's edition features a look at two new ads for Jeep; the unveiling of the new NASCAR Nationwide Series Dodge Challenger at Talladega Superspeedway; and Kurt Busch chalks up his second NASCAR Sprint Cup Series win of the season in Texas.
Most have now seen the new Jeep ads and frankly they are terrible! Office interior shots for the most iconic off road vehicle of all time??? Jeeps are DRIVEN, not, "I ride" , it's "I Drive!" You have a CAB, PLEASE run any more ads by the CAB before another wasted penny is spent upon these terrible ads!!! Ditto for the RAM spots. Who is Authorizing these ads? They are an embarassment! I suggest that your marketing people visit your own CAB sessions, the Jeep Facebook site and other web pages to see how bad the response is to these ads! Please before it's too late! Show your product doing what it does best, these ads are pathetic!
